IT Support Technician
Keep home and small-business computers, networks and users running, from our storefront, at client locations, and remotely.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair desktops and laptops, hardware and software
- Set up workstations, printers and user accounts
- Troubleshoot home and office networks and Wi-Fi
- Remove malware and review client backups
- Support clients remotely and explain issues clearly
What we look for
- Hands-on troubleshooting with Windows and macOS
- Solid networking fundamentals
- Reliable transportation for on-site visits in the Coachella Valley
- Friendly, patient communication with clients
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+ is a plus
Phone and Electronic Repair Technician
Repair smartphones and tablets at our Highway 111 storefront with care, precision and honest advice.
What you'll do
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports and cameras
- Diagnose water damage and power issues
- Transfer data and set up new devices
- Document repairs and walk customers through their options
What we look for
- Proven experience repairing iPhone and Android devices
- Steady hands and close attention to detail
- Honest communication about repair options and cost
- Micro-soldering or board-level repair is a plus
